SECRET AMPHITHEATER
SPEND THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON IN ROME’S “SECRET AMPHITHEATER” and imperial grounds, and the medieval garden now curated on the site. We include a visit to the world’s most famous reliques, in a 1930’s-built reliquary, and the first handwritten scores of the Gregorian chants in a private museum. A traditional Roman lunch follows. This tour is fully handicapped accessible.

HALF DAY TOURS
SAN SISTO
ENJOY AN EXPECTED break from the bustling crowds among thousands of rare orchids in San Sisto, the horticultural campus began by Napoleon Bonaparte in the early XIX century. This garden now hosts the private plant collections of the City of Rome and it is here where the magnificent specimens of azaleas and rhododendrons that crown the Spanish Steps every Spring are carefully nurtured all year long.

VILLA TORLONIA
VISIT the prince’s palace and public grounds, which became Mussolini’s home during WWII. We visit the bunker built under a reconstructed Etruscan tomb, and have a catered lunch with local wines in the Villa’s beautiful limonaia.
